soup and salad, plus excercise - the regimen

After couple of days of salad and soup for dinner, last night, after gym weight (7 pm) went back to 132.5! Is it magic? It helps for sure.

alarm: after gym weight back to 136 at 7;20 pm

I have lost track of my blog for a while: here is some filling-in information:

Nov 19: after gym weight 133 (6:55 pm);

Dec 7: after gym weight 130.5 lbs (8:52 pm);

Dec 15: after gym weight 131.5 lbs (8:42 pm).

After that, I have traveled to Holland for Christmas visiting my partner's family Dec 21-27. Then new year celebration. Also had a bit thinking that I shouldn't loss more. So, I did let it go loose for a bit.

Previous success made me feel that: it is ok to have food as before once a while; then again and again, we had meals like before. Now I know that what made earlier success was really consistent diet control and excercise. Now, with less excercise, my diet is not observed well. Now wonder I am gaining.

Today, Jan 8, my after gym weight (7:20 pm) was 136 lbs. It is alarming. I must go back to the weight control routine: diet (no carb, and portion control) and excercise!

My ultimate goal now: 130 lbs. And use muscle to replace fat! get better or perfect waist line!

My after-gym weight: 134 lbs!!! I lost 20 lbs from the beginning of our weight control back in mid-July.

No coffee before excercise

Make the healthier way as your natural way of living

After five days in San Francisco, visiting wine county, Monterey, Carmel for my birthday, my weight fluctuated to 143 lb. Since then, I have been back to my new routing, portion and content-control, plus being active, yesterday, after gym my weight went back to 136 lbs, lowest record ever!

another balance? 138

My weight has been kept at 137.5-138.5 for days. In the past days, I have been extremely busy with a grant writing. Although I was able to keep myself going to the gym everyday, but mostly for a short period. I guess I am lucky already that I haven't gain more going through such a stressful period.

Now the grant is out, I should concentrate a bit more to get the losing trend going again.
